The Ride of Doom

I was scared, it was my first time riding one of the "big rides" at any theme park, I wanted to wait until my sister came out of our car so I could brag (obviously) about me riding ride. However, my mom wouldn't take no for an answer. "It is now or never.". She said. I walk into the line of people, waiting my turn. My mom look down at me, "Are you ready?". "No" I replied back. When we reached the front of the I had so many butterflies in my gut, I thought I was going to puke. We sat down on the cold blue seats. The safety instructions start to play over the intercom. When they finish, the ride begins to spin. Slowly at first, but as we spin faster and faster, the rest of the world blurs. The ride starts to sway side to side like a pendulum, as the nauseating spinning dies down. Just like the spinning, slow at first, but as we climbed higher and higher, the ride got faster and faster. The ride slows down, "Is it over?" I think to myself. But I was wrong the ride starts back up, even faster than before. We almost flip upside down, and the world re blurs. "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die!" . I think to myself as the ride starts to spin once more. I can see my mom, she has a big grin on her face. So I had no choice but to return the joy. I was having the time of my life. My stomachache had been left behind at the peak of the ride. When I stepped onto the ground, I almost fell over due to my dizziness. When I was able to walking I again, I jumped all over the concrete ground saying "Mom can we go again? Mom Mom Mom Mom!". She eventually gave into my pleading, and we reentered the line, longer than the time before. I noticed the smell of the sewer, like rotten eggs and an uncleaned bathroom. It made me want to throw up as much as the ride did. We reached the front of the line, my mom asked, "Are you ready?". And I replied. "Yes.". This time I was.
